Disciple making is the primary purpose of the local church. And, you have been commissioned by Jesus to be a disciple who reproduces disciple makers.
As you pursue your vision of a disciple making church, you know all too well today’s church culture is fighting against the dream for your church. This is true for the church in North America—less than 5% of U.S. church have a disciple making culture.
How do you push through the barriers and obstacles? To see a transformative impact, you have to move from producing cultural Christians and intentionally pursue what is now a counter-cultural vision and operating system for Jesus’ methods of disciple making.
This assessment measures your personal multiplication leadership capacity. The content is based on Exponential’s 2018 Hero Maker theme and on the book Hero Maker: Five Essential Practices for Leaders to Multiply Leaders by Dave Ferguson and Warren Bird.
This tool serves simultaneously as a training instrument and an assessment tool. It has been professionally developed and statistically validated. It takes approximately 30 to 60 minutes to complete.
Upon completion, you will immediately receive a Level 1 through 5 score indicating your personal multiplication leadership capacity.
