[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Exponential Associates are like-minded, Kingdom-focused leaders who serve on the front lines of multiplication and desire a connection with Exponential. Exponential Associates share our values and passion for multiplication, have a heart for the local church, have a special competency or contribution to offer, and come from diverse backgrounds of experience, heritage, age, gender, and ethnicity.

Exponential Associates are ambassadors who carry the multiplication message where they already work and have influence, using their vocational gifts. These associates benefit from a special win-win relationship with Exponential and the other Associates. Exponential invests in this initiative first and most importantly for the benefit of the Associate. We seek to “pour gas” on what God is already doing through the lives and ministries of the participating Associates. In doing so, we also seek to have a front row seat to what the Associates are doing and learning.

In this special relationship, Exponential Associates are part of a peer-to-peer cohort community of other associates who simultaneously serve as “scouts” and front-line ambassadors for Exponential’s multiplication message while continuing their normal vocational activities and learning from one another. Todd Wilson, Exponential’s CEO serves as team leader and will provide coaching, strategic input and counsel, and other personalized services to each Associate upon request. Associates help one another in a similar way, just as family members would serve one another.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/4″][vc_single_image image=”79430″ alignment=”center”][vc_column_text]

[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/4″][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/4″][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Seeing the paradigm for success shift from addition to multiplication, and the percentage of U.S. churches that ever reproduce increase to greater than 10% will require increasing diversity of race, ethnicity, gender, experience, approaches, models and contexts. It will also require equipping a next generation of leaders to shape the future of the church and to lead well amidst an increasingly diverse, cynically-divided, culture that is increasingly hostile toward Jesus and to his followers.

With an historically aging, white, male, suburban bias, we are committed to expanding our narrative and our effectiveness in reaching into all corners of society. The intended diverse makeup of the Exponential Associates is not simply a statement of desire, it’s a commitment to reflect and value the leaders we seek to serve in the coming years.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
