Collective Leader Community

Why This Community Exists

Do you lead a network of churches? You need a trusted table where peers understand your calling, your burdens, and your mission. This is that table.

The CLC has been one of my favorite communities to participate in over my two decades of ministry involvement. Not only is there great content and interesting presenters, but the real value is in the community of practitioners sharing their learnings, encouraging one another, comparing notes, sharing resources, and praying for one another! I never miss a call or gathering!

Vision Statement

The Collective Leader Community is where apostolic leaders who lead leaders of church multiplication networks gather to pray, learn, encourage, and inspire one another toward a God-sized vision: seeing 16% of churches in North America become multiplying, disciple-making churches. We believe this can only happen by God’s power, as leaders choose Kingdom over castle and link arms across denominations and ethnicities.

A network is a small groups of churches who become friends on mission to multiply disciple-making churches together.

CLC is an opportunity to connect with other leaders around the nation who are passionate about multiplication. It is also an opportunity to see and hear how God is at work at different contexts, and to have a common goal as collective leaders.
