Purpose

To help young people find truth, identity, and purpose in Jesus by inviting His Presence to transform us through worship, prayer, and breathing moments.

  • Innovative Approaches to Church Planting
  • Innovative Approaches to Disciple-Making

Big Idea and Overview

At present, we are all volunteers, running after the vision the Lord has put on our hearts. This vision was birthed in January of 2021. The vision was to put on a young adults gathering annually, where young people from all walks of life would be transformed by encountering the living God. We truly don’t have any other agenda other than glorifying the Father and knowing His heart more deeply. Our first key milestone was May 5-6, 2023 when 800 young adults gathered from coast to coast in Winnipeg, Manitoba for Collide 1.0. Now, as we approach Collide 2024 on May 3-4, 2024, we will see a number of 1,000+ gather in Winnipeg to do it all over again. This number includes 150 volunteers who are hungry to serve the vision that has been imparted to them.

Customer / Mission Field Context

Young adults. We’re asking the Lord to save the lost, and revive the saved. We want young people to be empowered by the Holy Spirit to find truth, identity, and purpose in Jesus and then take the equipping they’ve received and release it into their local communities.

Goals and Desired Outcomes

  • Specific goal #1 – Expand Collide gatherings to five major cities across Canada. Currently there are only two major young adult gatherings in the country.
  • Specific goal #2 – Plant prayer rooms inside of local churches. Prior to Collide 2024 we’ve launched the “Light Room” which is a chapel room in our venue filled with prayer and worship from 10am – 8pm, hosting the Presence of the Lord daily leading up to Collide. We want to plant this same model inside of local churches inside of Winnipeg.
  • Specific goal #3 – Train, disciple, and raise up young, Spirit led, worship leaders and pastors who can host Collide gatherings in cities across Canada.
