After co-founding and serving for 17 years as CEO, Todd Wilson is transitioning to a strategic advisor and engineering role that will help accelerate a portfolio of national multiplication-focused ministries, including Exponential and Leadership Network.
Dave Ferguson who has partnered with Wilson to lead Exponential for the last 17 years, will step in as interim CEO while Exponential searches for Wilson’s successor. Wilson will assume the Chairman of the Board role for Exponential.
