Big Idea and Overview

Preaching the good news to the poor. We have seen a shuttering of city ministries because of no disciple making among the poor.

We have developed and deployed five church planters to plant church through urban training and coaching.
We have developed church planting competencies that help people start missional communities.
We created the first ever conversation called “Black Missional Convening” gathering practitioners around the US and globally.
We have trained predominantly Black and Latino churches to make disciples through our curriculum and exponential growth has occurred.
We are planting two more churches in St.Paul; one in a city-wide neighborhood and the other in the county jail.

Customer / Mission Field Context

We are reaching those who move to the city from small towns and larger context cities such as New York, LA, and Atlanta who desire to be missional and multicultural context while empowering people in their community. We reach those who work paycheck to paycheck that work in entry and mid-level industries.

Goals and Desired Outcomes

We want to expand the movement to 4 more states in the Midwest and south.
We want to train 20 more churches to make disciples and plant churches
Expand our Podcast to bring coaching and new cities on board

Results and
Impact

We planted Faith City Church 2019
We piloted missional community training in our church and start 3 missional communities
We helped plant 2 churches in another city through financial and training
We trained 7 churches in 2018 to plant urban churches in the twin cities
We have trained over 100 people in disciple-making outside our local church in various cities
We presented at 3 conferences in three different cities with attendance of 25 or more
