Exponential 2027 is built around a simple but urgent conviction: the mission of God was never meant to be carried alone. In a cultural moment marked by loneliness, fragmentation, and leadership fatigue, this gathering calls leaders back to the way Jesus formed movements—not through isolated heroes, but through friends on mission.
This conference traces a clear arc. We begin by naming the quiet crisis of leading alone. We then recover the biblical vision of friendship as the engine of God’s mission. From there, we move into the practical reality of networks—how relational communities restore leaders and multiply impact. Finally, we cast a unifying vision for the 16% Mission as a shared calling that can only be fulfilled together.
Every year, more leaders say yes. For the past five years, registration has sold out…and last year, it was full by May. That’s not normal conference growth. That’s God drawing more leaders into a multiplication movement. And we’ve watched Him do more than we expected. And it made something clear:
We can’t keep asking people to wait outside the room when the mission is this urgent.
So in 2027, we’re doing something we’ve never done before.
Two Conferences.
One Week.
One Mission.

Danielle lets Love lead her to inspire, challenge, provoke and disrupt the present, and to live the future now. Having lived in different cultures and contexts around the world she celebrates diversity and deeply longs for wrong things to be made right. Danielle practices following Jesus daily. A Missional Mindset: The One Thing Missing From Your Next Big Thing – Hosted by Forge US
Everywhere you turn, there’s a new church model, a fresh framework, or the latest “can’t-miss” strategy promising to help your church grow and thrive. But too often, those models fall flat because they are missing the one ingredient that makes everything else work: a missional mindset. Without it, we build structures that may look strong but fail to form disciples who live as sent people.
Speakers: Alan Bradford, Jeremy Chambers, Jessie Cruickshank, Jacob Hoyer, Terry Ishee, Monica Paredes Chambers, Rowland Smith, Joel Varner
In this pre-conference track with Forge America, we’ll focus on how to cultivate that mindset in yourself, your team, and your church. Instead of copying what’s working somewhere else, you’ll learn to shape ministry that’s rooted in God’s mission and adapted to your unique context.
We’ll engage a “train-the-trainer” approach to help you:
This isn’t about adding another option to the menu of church models. It’s about absorbing a way of seeing and living that can fuel any model and work anywhere. Leave with tools, resources, and a renewed imagination for leading your people on mission.
