Dr. Zarat Boyd serves as the President & Chief Learning Officer of MaxLife, Inc., a strategic solutions practice founded to ignite and cultivate leaders and leadership teams’ desire for significance. She also has served in two church plants with 20 years of experience in various volunteer and leadership roles. She and her husband, Damian, started Vertical Church in 2012, a family of believers “on mission” in the urban, collegiate community of Southwest Atlanta, Georgia. They celebrate 15 years of marriage and eleven years of raising a gifted child with complex medical conditions. She has a Masters in Leadership, Masters in Human & Organizational Systems, and a PhD in Human & Organizational Systems.
