Clint Dupin, is currently starting a church with his family in the San Francisco Bay Area. He started his ministry out in Sacramento, California and from there led student ministries at Daybreak Church. Following his six years at Daybreak he took a lead pastor position at Kensington Church in Metro Detroit for nearly 10 years. Clint and his wife, Michaell, started Kensington's 4th campus. While serving at Kensington Clint helped start several initiatives: Man Up, Rock Your Family, and Hope Water Project. Clint also served for several seasons as the Detroit Pistons chaplain in hopes it would get him a tryout ... but no luck. He loves to spend his time with his beautiful wife and four kids exploring the Bay Area. Michaell and her husband Clint are currently planting a church in the San Francisco Bay Area. She has spent much of her time coaching and equipping leaders in the church, along with those who are making discipleship a regular part of their daily life. She speaks on Sunday mornings, at women's retreats and family retreats. One of her favorite things to do is to co-teach with her husband. She is originally from California, but until this past year, lived in Michigan for 15 years. Clint and Michaell have four children ranging from ages 5-23. Michaell is passionate about reaching those who do not know the incredible love of Jesus yet and helping others step into the exciting story that God has for their lives.

HeroMakers

Think about the people who've invested in you and helped you become the person you are today. God puts just the right people, at just the right time, in just the right place, to speak just the right things into our lives. Most of us can name at least three hero-makers who've had a profound impact on who we've become.

Here's the cool thing... God intends for each of us to be hero-makers-- people who make heroes of others. Our greatest legacy in eternity will be measured not by what we've done, but instead by the people we've invested in. The key question is this... will we see ourselves as the HERO at the center of our story, or will we be the HEROMAKER of others at the center of God's story?

Multiplication starts in the heart of the leader. It starts with each of us surrendering the "hero complex" to a better way. It requires that we shift from being heroes to becoming hero-makers of others. We must put to death measures of success that require us to win, opting instead to assist others in winning.
