2025-2026 Multipliers Learning Community

Exponential’s Young, Emerging Leader Cohort is a unique opportunity designed for passionate, up-and-coming leaders who want to embrace a multiplication mindset in their disciple-making efforts. As part of a movement dedicated to fostering healthy disciple-making leaders who champion reproduction, this cohort focuses on equipping younger leaders with the principles and practices necessary to drive impactful change within their ministries. By shifting from “addition thinking” to “multiplication thinking,” participants will learn how to cultivate an environment that prioritizes growth and reproduction.

This invitation-only Learning Community brings together diverse leaders from various backgrounds, creating a rich, collaborative atmosphere for peer-to-peer learning. Over the course of seven months, participants will engage in three gatherings across different cities, where they will connect with veteran Multipliers and fellow emerging leaders. These intimate, living room-style sessions are designed to foster meaningful discussions and provide actionable insights that attendees can implement within their local contexts.

Emerging Leaders Cohort

The Young, Emerging Leader Cohort aims to inspire leaders to redefine success in their churches by focusing on three key objectives: leading churches that make disciples, mobilizing all people into daily mission, and building a lasting legacy through the establishment of new churches. With the support of a grant covering half of their tuition, this cohort is an accessible avenue for those under 40 who are eager to make a significant impact in their communities.

Through this transformative journey, participants will not only gain valuable knowledge and innovative ideas but also build enduring connections with like-minded leaders. By participating in the Young, Emerging Leader Cohort, attendees will be empowered to embrace their vision and purpose, ultimately shaping the future of the Church and the Kingdom.
