The Young, Emerging Leader Cohort is designed for you… a leader who is not satisfied with the status quo. This Learning Community connects you with a diverse group of peers from different backgrounds, creating a rich space for collaborative learning. Over seven months, you’ll gather in three different cities alongside experienced Multipliers and fellow emerging leaders. These intimate, living room–style sessions are designed for meaningful conversations and actionable insights you can immediately implement in your ministry.
The cohort also challenges you to redefine success in your church by focusing on three key objectives: leading a church that makes disciples, mobilizing all people into daily mission, and building a lasting legacy through new churches.
