I am newly elected district superintendent in the Church of the Nazarene. I have been a lead pastor for the past 25 years and full time ministry for 30.

My name is Misty Moore and I am an ordained elder in the church. I was ordained in 2021. I am currently serving as the Connections Pastor at Mt. Sterling Church of the Nazarene. Prior to that I served as the Connections Pastor at Grove City Church of the Nazarene for 11 years. I also work 32 hours a week as a hospice chaplain for National Church residences and have been with them since 2023. I have been married to my husband Mike for 32 years and we have two grown sons who live close by to us in Grove City. Mike and I love the beach, hiking and our ridiculous little Chi muts.

Pastor Rachel Kuhn has led One Hope Church of the Nazarene in Tipp City, OH, since May 2017, sharing her passion for Christ and her heart for people. She co-leads her home with her husband, Chad, and together they parent five children—Ryan (Bethany), Joel, Miles, Kolin, and Hattie Jo—and are dedicated foster parents. Rachel, a speaker, writer, and gospel motivator, is a graduate of Mount Vernon Nazarene University (2001) and Nazarene Theological Seminary (2015). Her greatest passions are reaching the lost, supporting fostering and adoption, and inspiring others to follow Jesus with joy and courage.

Phil Starr and his wife, Melanie, have four children – Cathryn, Eli, Isaiah, and Aubrey. He is Lead Pastor of Mt Sterling First Church of the Nazarene which ministers to the multi-county area of south of Columbus, OH. He holds a BA of Business Administration from MVNU, a Masters of Pastoral Leadership from ONU, and Intergenerational Training through Fuller Youth Institute’s Sticky Faith Cohort. I currently serve as superintendent of the Northern Michigan District Church of the Nazarene, and began in this position in May 2016. Beginning in ministry in 1983, prior to my current roll I served as a lead pastor for 23 years in two congregations and as an associate pastor in three congregations for 10 years. I grew up in Phoenix Arizona and received a BA at Vennard Bible College (Iowa). My wife and I married in 1982. We have three married adult children, all of whom are in ministry. We have 4 granddaughters.

Katherine, or better known as Kathy, is the wife of Pastor Jason Lee and the mother of their two beautiful daughters. Although she has served for ten years as a lay leader at her childhood home church in the past, her current ministry lies with learning how to live in obedience to the Lord with her family, church, and workplace. Having gained a desire to church plant and with several promptings to prepare for it in the future, Jason and Kathy are currently seeking the will of the Lord and pursuing His guidance on how to best prepare for each season as they come. Part of the current process includes serving at the English speaking congregation of an older immigrant Korean church and focusing on discipling the members of the English Ministry.

I attended Nyack College for 2 years focusing on Biblical Studies. He is continuing his education journey as he pastors within the Nazarene Church. His previous job as A/V Director at Beulah Beach has equipped Tommy with several skills and abilities to implement a fresh and inviting atmosphere. These skills paired with a heart to reach students with the Gospel led him to the Youth Pastor role in 2020. He also coordinates Audio/Visual Technologies and leads worship from time to time.

My name is David Lebron and I was born and raised in the island of Puerto Rico until the age of 14. At the age of 14 I moved to NYC and have lived in this city ever since. I am married and, my wife and I, are the parents of 3 children ages 19, 16 and 8.

Rev. Ivan Marti is a native of Puerto Rico and took on the role of Assistant Vice-President for Church Multiplication and Leadership Development of The Alliance (C&MA) in 2018. With over 30 years of licensed ministry experience, he has served in various leadership positions, including bi-vocational church planting pastor, lead pastor, district multiplication director, and Board of Directors of the C&MA. Besides his ministry work, he has over 30 years of experience in engineering, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals. Ivan holds a B.S.E.E. and a graduate degree from the Alliance Theological Seminary. He resides in Columbus and Orlando with his wife, Lizzette, and they have three sons, three grandsons, and a granddaughter.

I have spent the last 20 years at the same church (13 years as youth pastor, 7 as lead). We had the opportunity to help plant a church within my first few years as Lead Pastor. It was done in such a healthy way that I was intrigued by this cohort. I have been married for 22 years and have 5 children.

Married to Lori since 1995. I have a wonderful 16 year old son named Jackson. I have been the lead pastor at Cross Community Church of the Nazarene in Portage, Michigan since 2008. Before that, I was a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for 8 years in both Los Angeles, CA and Belfast, Northern Ireland. I have a BA in Pastoral Ministries from Trevecca Nazarene University as well as an MA in Theology from Trevecca. I also have a MS in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fuller Theological Seminary.

I started in vocational ministry in my mid-thirties after working as an educator for a decade. I had the privilege of joining the staff at my home church where I served as Executive Pastor for 10 years. About halfway through my tenure, I was involved in planting Found Church. God called me to pastor a small church in a small town in July 2023. For the past year, I have been doing the work of church revitalization and have become involved in two teams on our district. One is developing strategy for strengthening and the other is building a multiplication strategy.

My name is Meica Campbell and I am an ordained 4x church planter who now also gets to serve with our Alliance Ohio Valley District (western Ohio, all of Kentucky, and western Tennessee) as the Director for Multiplication & Development (church planting and leadership development). My goal is to equip and empower people and places to mobilize and multiply. I am passionate about each member of the body of Christ reproducing themselves in healthy, disciplemaking ways. The two primary ways I am seeing fruit is through ethnic multiplication and Greenhouse environments (leadership development tracks in the local church).

Mark Bane has served as Director of Evangelism and New Church Development for the USA/Canada District since 2017. Before that he served as District Superintendent for the Joplin (Missouri/Kansas) District. He has pastored growing churches in Arkansas, Florida, New Mexico, Missouri. He has planted 8 new churches while pastoring existing churches. After graduating from Trevecca Nazarene University in 1982, he continued his education at Nazarene Theological Seminary before moving into full time ministry in 1986. His motto in life is “Win as many people to Jesus as possible, then die, and go to Heaven.”

I have a wife, Chrysta, and three boys. We love our life in Fort Worth and have been here for 4 years. I serve as the campus pastor at Summit Church in Aledo, it’s an amazing area on the cusp of ranches becoming neighborhoods.

I have a passion for people to meet the Father and for men to live out what He is calling them to.

Recently I’ve taken up hunting and some leatherwork and I love Liverpool football club.
