Kevin Starkey is the Church Planting Director for Open Bible Central but has spent much of his thirty years of ministry with students and young adults. He is passionate about seeing young Millennials and Gen-Z purposefully engage with their circles of influence to plant communities that meet each specific need. Kevin is a licensed coach and loves to help people discover the potential that God has placed in each of us. Kevin and Lori have four grown children, three married, and two grandchildren.
Lance Rhoades is the senior pastor of a church he planted in the urban context of Pittsburgh. Tree of Life Open Bible Church is now a thriving church and mission center providing religious programming alongside of larger scale benevolent programming such as an early child education center, a robust afterschool center, the largest food pantry within the city limits, a free clothing store, and recovery programming. Lance is also the executive director of the South Pittsburgh Opioid Action Coalition, which networks partners, agencies, and community members to address the overdose epidemic in the city. Brad currently serves as Lead Pastor of Be Hope Church in Beavercreek, Ohio. Before Be Hope, he helped launch a new church, The Table (Joliet, IL), where he served as Lead Pastor. Brad and his wife, Janelle, have been married 19 years and have two hungry teenagers, Carter and Miles.
Pastor Juan is a graduate of Concordia Seminary and received his call as Pastor in 2012. The Zamora’s make their home in the city of Hurst. In recent years, Pastor Juan has assumed the role of Apostolic Missionary to DFW through the T2C2 Mission Network and Evangelist Trainer lead for Area B of the Texas District. In this role, he has helped and will continue to help develop of new Hispanic missions in DFW. Serving alongside several congregations and leaders to develop and advance the mission that Jesus Christ gave us. Pastor Juan also enjoys serving as President of the Hispanic Missionary League, which seeks to promote the growth of Hispanic mission and equip Hispanic pastors in the LCMS throughout the United States.
Michael Dorn has served as Senior Pastor of Trinity Downtown since 2005. Outside of his role at Trinity he has served as an officer on the Board of Regents of Concordia University Texas, as Secretary of the Board for Lutheran Church — Canada, and as a Texas District Circuit Visitor, along with various other boards and committees of the wider church.
Michael received a Master of Divinity Degree in 1991 from Concordia Seminary, St. Louis, Missouri. Before going into ministry, Pastor Dorn was educated in industrial electronics, electrical engineering, production management and business administration. His continuing education courses have focused on leadership, executive training, and governance-related topics. Michael is a 4th gen. pastor.
Hi! I was born in Houston Texas, attended Concordia University Irvine to be trained as a Director of Christian Education. Then I was placed at Christ's Greenfield Lutheran in Arizona where I served for 16 years, becoming a pastor about five years ago. During that time I met Nicolette, who I have been married to for 16 years and we have three wonderful children. About two years ago, I accepted a call to Concordia University Texas. I enjoy good food, traveling, watching my children play sports, and disciple making 🙂

Remington grew up in the church and came to Christ in his teens. He never wanted to be a Pastor. But after God’s relentless pursuit, he answered a call to ministry in his 20s and began working at the church he was attending.
In addition to church ministry, Remington has had a career in marketing, political consulting, and higher education administration. Today, he leverages those experiences as the St. Pete Campus Pastor for Crossroads Community Church — the very same church he began serving at in his 20s.
Tim Fisher has been the Lead Pastor of Crossroads Community Church for 10 years. Tim and his wife, Danae, have been married for 23 years and have two teenage boys, Carter and Jake. In his spare time, Tim enjoys attending sporting events, traveling and being a part-time taxi driver for his kids.
Jay Guadalupe is husband of Yelitza Morales, father of Aracelis Guadalupe (10 yo), was born in San Juan, P.R. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications and a postgraduate certificate in Nonprofit Management from the Universidad Sagrado Corazón. Currently pursuing a master's degree in Pastoral Counseling at the Seminario Teológico de P.R., he serves as a bivocational Pastor at the Alianza Cristiana Y Misionera church in Barceloneta Pueblo. Additionally, he works as the Director of Integrity for the Platform for Social Impact organization in Puerto Rico.

Have worked in ministry now for 25 years and during that time have also served as a missionary to rural native Alaskan villages for four years, and as an Army Reserve Chaplain for twelve years.
Greg Brower is the leader of a network of reformed churches spread across the lower half of Michigan and the Cleveland metro area with a focus on developing leaders, strengthening existing churches, and planting new churches. Prior to this role, he served as the pastor of Zion Reformed Church who were instrumental in planting two new congregations in Michigan, a church in Kenya, and supported a church planting movement in Nepal.
He is married to Rachel Brower and together they are raising three sons and a daughter, seeking to teach them to love Jesus, their neighbors, and hiking in the mountains.
Hello! My name is Brooke and I am a youth director at Vintage Grace overseeing the middle school ministry! I have volunteered in middle school ministry since i was a Sophomore in High School, and now on the amazing path of working in youth ministry! In my last year of college I became a youth resident at Vintage Grace, and after graduating from Arizona State University this last May, I came onto staff full time as the middle school director and feel so grateful God put me on this amazing journey in ministry!

A graduate of Cedarville University ('82), in a former life he worked as a radio news guy for 25+ years, primarily in the Dayton, Ohio area. He previously served as a pastor in Dayton, Ohio and Brownsville, Texas. He's been an administrator, teacher, and trainer in the Antioch School of Church Planting and Leadership Development (a TEE school out of Ames, IA), and a Bible exposition workshop facilitator in the Simeon Trust Workshops.
My name is Wilson Flores and I am the Senior Pastor at Dayton Harvest Foursquare Church in Dayton, Ohio. My wife, Yeliani, and I were called by God to plant a church this year in our city. I was born and raised in Los Angeles, but moved to the beautiful state of Ohio at age 17 for college. My wife and I are both graduates of The Ohio State University. I am also a self-taught musician who had been serving the Lord in the worship ministry for over a decade until the Lord had different plans for me this year. My wife and I love serving our community and the people in our city.
John graduated from Texas A&M University and received his commission as an officer in the U.S. Navy, where he served as a surface warfare officer on the destroyer USS Nicholson. Afterwards, he attended Concordia Seminary, St. Louis, and received his first call to Memorial, Katy as associate pastor. He returned to Katy as senior pastor after eight years at Immanuel, Giddings.
He is married to Brenda and is blessed with four children and six grandchildren. He enjoys golf, wishes he could still play baseball, and loves the Astros and college football. He’ll watch anything with his beloved Aggies. His passion is sharing the Gospel and making disciples, so that the community of Christ might be extended wherever we go!
I've been a pastor, educator, and business leader for over 20 years, and in this current season am planting a church with my husband, Adam, in Tacoma, Washington. I've started a lot of different things: businesses, conferences, ministries, even a campus, but planting a church from scratch is the biggest step of faith yet. God is doing something amazing in His Church, and I'm excited for what's ahead. I love Duke basketball, coffee and am obsessed with burrata (IYKYK).
Noemi Guerra is a passionate deaconess and dedicated servant of God, committed to sharing the love of Christ and serving the needs of her community. Born and raised in Panama City, Panama, Noemi is the daughter of missionaries Rev. Luciano Vega-Ayala and Dr. Brenda de Vega-Ayala, who instilled in her a deep faith and a heart for ministry.
Noemi married Rev. Lincon Guerra in 2001, and they have been blessed with three children: Joash, Lincon Aaron, and Lizzie. Throughout her ministry, Noemi has served in various capacities.
Noemi served at Christ for All Nations church in North Carolina from 2001-2004 as a Sunday School teacher and Worship Coordinator. She then served at CFC Lutheran in Houston, TX from 2004-2012 as a church planter deacon

Andy was elected to the role of District Superintendent in June 2023. His focus is resourcing and inspiring local churches to build up leaders who will plant, revitalize and create all kinds of churches to reach all kinds of people.
Andy began preparing for pastoral ministry in 1996, enrolling at Nazarene Bible College and completing a BA in Pastoral Ministry degree in May 2003. He was ordained in 2004. Before he answered the call to pastoral ministry, Andy worked twelve and a half years for an Industrial Manufacturer, primarily in Technical Sales & Marketing. He also served 12 years in the Army National Guard, ending that chapter as a Platoon Sergeant in an M1 tank company.

He is bi-vocational, employed at the Defense Logistics Agency of DoD as Deputy Director of the Office of Small Business Programs in Columbus, Ohio. Matt served as a missionary for 11 years along with his wife, Denise and daughters, Nicoleta, Abigael, and Lyssa, in the country of Romania where he helped plant several churches and maintains close relationships. He served as the Coordinator of In Mission Together of Eastern Europe and the Balkans under the General Board of Global Missions from 2018-21 and is president of Christ the Cornerstone Missions Intl. Inc.

Derek Sissel is the Regional Executive Director of Open Bible Mountain Plains Region. He is also the Lead Pastor of Reach church Network in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and Largo, Florida. He has been married to his lovely wife Angie for 33 years and has two daughters and one son. He also has three grandchildren, two grandsons, and one granddaughter. He enjoys snowboarding in the winter and hanging with his family on the beach in the summers. His two great passions are his family and the local church.
