Annie Bailey Roberts
Co-Lead, Tacoma Church Plant/Mission Igniter

I've been a pastor, educator, and business leader for over 20 years, and in this current season am planting a church with my husband, Adam, in Tacoma, Washington. I've started a lot of different things: businesses, conferences, ministries, even a campus, but planting a church from scratch is the biggest step of faith yet. God is doing something amazing in His Church, and I'm excited for what's ahead. I love Duke basketball, coffee and am obsessed with burrata (IYKYK).

Tiffany Frash
Co-Lay Leader, Fishers United Methodist Church

I am a big believer that personal growth begins with a willingness to pursue new things. For example, in January of 2023, I left a rewarding 15-year career in agriculture management, to launch my own business.

My business, ENGAGE, helps companies develop and implement strategies to engage their workforce and their customer base.

The art of engagement isn't limited to businesses. Powerful things can happen when communities begin to intentionally engage with each other!

I live in Indiana with my husband and together we have a college-age son and a feisty toy poodle.

I'm a believer. A cancer survivor. A music lover. And I rarely leave home without my camera. After all, God’s beauty is truly everywhere.

Joel Trousdale
Lead Pastor, Radiant Church

Born and raised in Dallas, TX, this bio is too short to tell the story of how I ended up the church planter and pastor of Radiant Church in rural Pennsylvania!

Married to Mikayla for 11 years and father to Magnolia, 9, and Jet, 8, some of my loves in life include coffee, reading, hiking, and cooking. Truly, though, one of my deepest joys is found in the work I do at Radiant and 205°F, our coffee truck ministry (brick-and-mortar coming soon!).

We started Radiant fall 2022 as a house church, with the prayer that we will one day grow to be a network of house churches and micro churches. There's a lot on the horizon for us in 2024, but we're just thrilled to be along for whatever God is up to. To God be the glory!
