My name is Krissy Soliday and my husband and I are starting a House Church Multiplication Network in Philadelphia. We are covocational and our method is deep discipleship through doing everyday life together - through work, neighborhoods, community groups, school, etc. We are unlearning a lot of traditional methods and doing the groundwork in a very unchurched area. We are desiring to learn more from others and to gain wisdom from people who have walked this path before us!

I am Liz, the Lead Pastor of Hydrant Church in Goldsboro, North Carolina. We are a small church, but we think God has called us to stay small and do things differently. I have been a lead Pastor for the last 5 years, taking over for the founding Pastor. I was the Children's Pastor there for the 7 years prior, never dreaming that I would one day transition to lead pastor. I am a single female pastor which brings its unique joys and challenges. Having grown up in Northern Wisconsin, I have come to love where God has called me in North Carolina and all that living in a transiate, military town brings.

I've been a District Superintendent in the Church of the Nazarene for 5 years. I live in Spokane, WA. I'm been married to Melissa for 31 years and we have two grown children.

My name is Kim Jurischk and I am a wife and mom to three wonderful children; Noah (19), Leah (17) and Levi (14).

I have served at St. Timothy Lutheran Church since 2007 as the Preschool Director. I have completed the Evangelism Training course with the LCMS Texas District. I have a heart and passion for children and their families. I love getting to plant seeds of faith into the lives of children each day through Preschool ministry. I also love getting to walk alongside of families in our program. To encourage, equip, pray for and hopefully build relationships with them that shows them who Jesus is and how much He loves them.

My wife (Deborah) and I planted Parkside Church in my hometown of Greenville, South Carolina 4 years ago. I have been in ministry for more than 20 years and have been apart of 2 other church plants. I also serve on our denominational regions leadership team as Church Multiplication Director. Deb and I have been married for nearly 18 years. We have a 13 year old daughter and two miniature schnauzers.

My name is Christian Palmer. I grew up in Summerville, SC. I got saved at Providence Wesleyan Church in 2015. I went to Kingswood in 2016 to study pastoral ministry. Then, I was an assistant pastor in Dell Rapids, SD from 2020-2023, and in January of 2024, I started my role as assistant pastor at Providence Wesleyan Church.

John Vawar is a mission developer and church planter under the auspices of Mosaic Mission Network and the Texas District. John has over 15 years of experience as an Ethnic Church Planter, Pastor, Missionary, and Coach. John has been assessed by the Texas District and is in the process of completing all recommended courses through Concordia Seminary. Prior to joining LCMS and the Texas District by extension, John served congregations and para-church ministries across the US for a period of 5-10 years. John is currently a church planting network leader in Area B, but will also be spearheading the plant at Concordia Bedford.

Abby Ullmann is the Vice President of the Lutheran Student Center in Lubbock, Texas. She is studying kinesiology on the pre-physical therapy track, with a minor in general business, and is set to graduate in the fall of 2025. Originally from Parker, Colorado, Abby has been an active member of Our Father Lutheran Church in Centennial, CO, serving in leadership positions with the youth for years. She enjoys watching basketball, playing golf, and reading.

I am a husband and father of 2. A coffee shop owner. I love hiking, fishing, and the outdoors. We planted in 2018 and have transitioned to a micro church network reaching out to Champaign and Vermilion counties in Illinois.

I have pastored at my current assignment for 13.3 years and helped grow the church from 53 year attendance to 198 in 2023. Before coming to CrossPointe Family Church, my wife and myself worked with restart churches that were fledgling and on the precipice of closing.

Brian Warth is a pastor, speaker, and community leader with a powerful story of transformation and resilience. Brian’s early years were marked by gang violence in Los Angeles, eventually leading him to prison for life. However, it was in those darkest moments that he encountered Jesus in a powerful way. Today, Brian Warth is the Senior Pastor of Chapel of Change, a vibrant multi-campus church with locations throughout Southern California. Chapel of Change has grown into a diverse community known for its passionate worship, focus on restoration and commitment to church planting. Brian also serves as Church Planting Director for Free Methodist Church in Southern California.

Pam is a Free Methodist Superintendent, overseeing some wonderful pastors and churches in Western and Central New York State. Her passion is seeing a new generation follow Jesus and step into their calling. She prays and works towards revival.
When she’s not doing ministry, you’ll find her hanging out with her wonderful husband Marshal, or writing (a murder mystery most recently), knitting, or throwing pots (on the wheel, not across the room). Marsh and Pam love to travel together and have a daughter Jennifer and son-in-law Dan in Minneapolis. Pam received her doctorate from Portland Seminary, and her Masters from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School.

Victor Monroig, DS Alliance Spanish Eastern District.

I was born in 1968 in Puerto Rico. Married with two children. I have been a Christian since 1990. I started ministry as a youth pastor 1998. Planted a Church in 2001 and we just planted two churches, one in 2022 and the other one in this past April. I have just been named the Puerto Rico District Multiplication Ditector.

My name is Derik Heumann and I currently serve in a variety of roles and ministry contexts. I am the founding pastor and church planter of Evergreen Church a 7 year old Missional Community/Micro-church network in Ann Arbor, Michigan. I serve part-time as Lead Pastor. I also serve as the MEG Chair for Southern Michigan Conference of the Free Methodist Church overseeing our leadership development pipeline, clergy care, and responding to any clergy misconduct or restoration processes. I am here in this Learning Community primarily as the Director of Training for Mission Igniter, a multiplication incubator serving church planters and churches both within and outside the Free Methodist Church.

I've served as Associate Pastor at St. Timothy in Houston, TX for 2 years now. I love the people at St. Timothy and the freedom to try new ways of reaching others. My wife, Erin, and I have been married almost 10 years and have 3 kids: Jaxon (8), Judah (4), and Raelynn (1). I enjoy being around people, playing, and goofing around. I currently get to lead a video game ministry with regular live streams that connect with youth and teach them about following Jesus. In my free time I like to play games, watch shows and movies, and see Caitlin Clark break WNBA records.

My education includes a BA, Spring Arbor U; M.Div., Asbury Seminary. I served SMC, Free Methodist for 35 years with 26 years as Lead Pastor. Co-Superintendent of EMC, since 2022, combining that role and my work with The Bonhoeffer Project guiding 40 pastors in writing church disciple-making plans. I have been married to my wife, Tamra, for 38 years. We have two grown children who came to us as babies, from Guatemala. As superintendent current missional moves include developing partnership mergers of underperforming churches with healthy churches. Meanwhile, we are integrating our three Michigan networks into one new vibrant network. I am an avid hunter, enjoy fishing, and love long road trips with my wife on our Harley.

I'm Harry, and I've been serving in the Irving community for just over 8 years with Our Redeemer. I love seeing different people from around the world come together in a way they never would otherwise, with one common love for Jesus. I'm a husband, a dad, a T-ball coach, and just a regular guy in every way -- and I have the best job in the world.

After serving as a therapist at a psychiatric hospital in the Chicago area for 12 years, I became the church relations director for International Child Care Ministries. God continued to call me into full-time vocational ministry, and gave me the opportunity to serve as the lead pastor of John Wesley FMC, a diverse church in Indianapolis. Earlier this year, I was elected to serve as the superintendent of Wabash and New South conferences of the FMC.

My name is Dayana Fernandez, I’m Pastor’s wife, worship leader for 35 years.I am currently a student at Concordia Lutheran Seminary.and I work for our Texas District as an Evangelist Trainer for area D (Houston). I have the responsibility of mentoring around 20 evangelists who are, some establishing faith communities and others in formation.I am a wife and mother of three beautiful daughters who serve with me in church worship and I am blessed to be the grandmother of a beautiful grandson.At the age of 18 I went to our organization's Seminary to prepare for theological training, and continued serving in the local church as a worship leader and music course assistant at the Seminary in Argentina.I am a Pastor's daughter.

I'm currently serving as Conference Supt of the North Central Conference in the Free Methodist Church. I have pastored in Waukegan IL in three positions (youth, associate, Lead) at Wesley Church, Greenville IL as Associate (Discipleship and Outreach), and for four years as supt. In Waukegan I worked with several community initiatives (cross-denominational and cross-cultural) which lead to the formulation of a significant community and county impact in Lake County, IL. In Greenville I also worked with other churches, businesses, and services to help develop a poverty project which is still active. My wife Kim is a teacher, currently serving as a Math interventionist in a local elementary school. We have four young adult children.

I have been attending The Gathering for approximately 2.5 years, where I serve on the worship team as a bass-, acoustic-, and electric guitarist. I am married to the Lead Pastor, Stephanie Niemoeller. I am the project manager for a property tax consulting firm, where I work with manufacturers to comply with State tax regulations. My son is a freshman at Ball State University, studying exercise science.
