MOBILIZE: BE MORE. DO MORE. GO MORE.
Do you want to move from simply recruiting volunteers to actually mobilizing people on mission for Jesus?
To see Kingdom multiplication occur in North America, we must see cultures in our church where every believer can live out their unique calling.
Churches need to be flipped upside down. Instead of mobilizing volunteers to build capacity to attract, serve, and accumulate more people, churches must develop and deploy everyday missionaries to their unique corners of society. This is a radical counter-church culture shift.
Join us as we focus on “living deployed” practices like helping people understand their unique personal calling, equipping them to be missionaries, and helping them claim a mission field.
3 Areas of Focus
-
WHO AM I MADE TO BE?
People are drawn into the mobilization conversation through the mystery and wonder of God’s potential and purpose for the church. The call is for each person to step into God’s greater mystery. In creating a culture of multiplication, churches must continually invite members to ponder the mystery and wonder of God’s plan for the church to fill every crack and cranny of society with the fullness of Jesus.
-
WHAT AM I MADE TO DO?
We are each a unique creation with a specific role to play in carrying the fullness of Jesus to society. As God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus, we do specific good works that he prepared in advance for us to walk in. He calls each person to step up to their unique mission. Church leaders must see the latent capacity of every Christ-follower as God’s means to more.
-
WHERE AM I TO GO AND DO IT?
There is a vast mission field opportunity available to each of us. God calls us to be careful how we live, making the most of every opportunity. As church leaders, we are calling people to declare mission fields and go! Church leaders must inspire, equip, and challenge all believers to discover their calling, to declare a mission field for living out their calling, and to step out to engage that mission field.

Phygital: Re-Thinking Physical & Digital Church for Greatest Impact
In this Post-COVID world, how does an established church do physical and digital? While most churches look at physical and digital as competition, where they fight over the attenders, what does it look like if they complement each other? Here in Let’s Get Phygital we’ll start to unpack some of the Phygital Strategies that can be utilized at your church to help your church reach it’s mission and vision.
The Multiplication Equipping Lab will unpack the “5 Levels of Multiplication” to help you:
• Understand the context of your current situation
• Identify a path toward reproduction/multiplication
• And give you practical guidance on what to expect on the journey.
We’ll explore the “3 Dimensions of Multiplication”: Disciple making, Mobilization, and Capacity. And we’ll have veteran leaders break down each of those dimensions for practical insights from their experience.
The single command that Jesus gave his followers before igniting a movement was “Do not leave Jerusalem, but wait for the gift my Father promised…” He was telling them to wait for and then move with the Spirit. In 2022, we’ll discover a growing awareness of the Spirit’s work and leadership while also realizing that we will always be more effective if we move with the Holy Spirit.
Unpack Exponential’s 2022 church multiplication theme and join the conversation with other reproducing church leaders and multiplication activists.
Topics include:
- EMPOWERED HEART
- EMPOWERED LIFE
- EMPOWERED CULTURE
- EMPOWERED MOVEMENT
- EMPOWERED MOMENT

What Leaders Are Saying

I love what Exponential is doing to focus on multiplication, specifically the mission to see the percentage of U.S. churches that ever reproduce increase to greater than 10%. That’s a mission worth giving our lives to.
