Big Idea and Overview

Through community, education, coaching, and practical guidance, we develop leaders to cultivate multicultural environments where people of all backgrounds can plant diverse churches.

Key milestones:

2011        1st multicultural church planted in Frankfurt, Germany.

2016        Multiplied to 13 multicultural churches.

2020        First Online training of Sudanese MBBs.

2021        Gathered 15 teachers and began designing courses.

2022        Global Launch of online community.

Customer / Mission Field Context

We are dedicated to walking alongside individuals, churches, and organizations around the globe who share a fervent passion for Jesus and aspire to initiate multicultural Gospel-centered communities.  We infuse these aspiring leaders with the vital understanding of why multiculturalism is imperative.  We believe that the true reflection of Christ’s love encompasses diversity and unity across cultures.
