I commit to prioritizing my relational, physical, mental / emotional, and spiritual well-being as the foundation of fruitful leadership. By living a Christ-centered life, I aim to lead authentically and resiliently, by routinely checking these four internal gauges:
I am committed to living as a disciple of Jesus, building gospel-centered relationships, and advancing the mission to multiply disciples around the world. I will lead with humility and serve others, striving to be Spirit-led in all that I do. I will prioritize reproduction, collaboration, and unity in Kingdom work, trusting in God’s plans and empowering others to step into their unique callings. This covenant is made before God and my friends on mission, seeking His grace to fulfill this sacred call. I trust in His strength, wisdom, and guidance as I walk forward in faith and surrender.
