Eric Metcalf is the NewThing Global Executive Director and NewThing Chicagoland Director and serves as a coach for Courage to Lead. He planted a church in the city of Chicago, launched NewThing’s Leadership Residency Program, directed NewThing, and provided leadership to Community Christian Church’s small group ministry. Eric has been married for 23 years to his beautiful wife Erin and has three incredible children: Joey, Lydia, and Max.
