Andrew’s role as the director of training and communications began in the summer of 2020. After over a decade of serving as a pastor on multiple church staffs, Andrew has begun leading churches, organizations, and leaders to find and focus their God-given mission and vision. He brings a breadth of experience in ministry and leverages that experience to bring vivid clarity to church leaders and their teams.
Andrew is a graduate from Ozark Christian College and works part-time serving churches and leaders through The Clarity Project. He is a certified navigator by Auxano in both the Church Unique and God Dreams processes, as well as a life coach and master trainer in the Younique personal journey. Andrew lives in Loveland, CO, with his wife Megan and three children.
