Ben Griffin is the CEO of LINC, a movement dedicated to raising up local leaders to bring the hope of the Gospel to every corner of their communities. Through LINC, Ben empowers everyday people — especially those from under-estimated and urban contexts — to launch churches, nonprofits, and businesses that make tangible Kingdom impact.
A church planter at heart, Ben has been directly involved in launching dozens of churches, including theAlley Church, where he served as founding pastor for over a decade. His passion lies in developing leaders who live out the Gospel in real, practical ways — bringing lasting change from the inside out.
Ben is a proud dad of three amazing young adults and more than 25 years into the adventure of life and ministry with his wife, Kate. When he’s not building up leaders or dreaming about city transformation, you’ll likely find him on a kayak or watching a superhero movie.
