Chrissy and her husband of 18 years, Hal, lead and pastor at Grace Family Church in Tampa, Florida with their two boys, 10 and 5. Her ministry experience includes 20 years working with youth and young adults. In 2015, she helped launch Hope Rising, an outreach ministry of Grace Family Church that serves men, women, and families of those incarcerated. She and her family have fostered for over six years and adopted in 2022. Chrissy strives to develop healthy leadership cultures that continually press into the “uncomfortable” for the sake of building faith communities that authentically display the fullness of the image of God. She lives with a sense of urgency and is passionate about equipping and empowering women to lead well in any season. She is currently working on her MA of Theology at Southeastern University.
