Damon was a youth pastor for close to 20 years starting in Las Vegas. He then honed those skills as the youth pastor in Arlington, Texas, growing their small groups from one group of eight students to six groups with a weekly attendance of over 100 students. The Sunday morning youth service for that church, where he would preach twice each week and lead 25 volunteers, grew to over 180 students. After many years, the Lord called Damon and his family to plant a church in New Braunfels, Texas. There his vision is to have small groups throughout the metro-plex comprised of different nationalities to create one community.
