Emma Cotterill

Emma Cotterill is a Swedish leader and consultant with over 15 years’ experience in ministry and social justice. She has worked in both the UK and Sweden, leading national anti-trafficking initiatives. For the past few years, she’s enjoyed working with organizational and leadership development with local authorities, Christian denominations and charities at home and abroad. In 2022 she was commissioned by the Swedish government to write a guidebook on her model on responding to human trafficking which is now spreading across the country. She is a church planter with her husband Mark and her children, Albert (12) and Herman (9). Throughout her engagements, Emma has a particular passion for equipping and releasing women and girls. Emma currently works as Strategic Impact Manager for NYSA Sweden, whose goal is to empower and release children and young people globally to change their communities and society through sport.
