J. Charity Ware is a strategic thinker and self- motivated. She is a graduate of Bethel University, where she holds BS degrees in Management and Organizational Development and an MBA in Human Resource Management. In addition to her education and professional work experience, these attributes have positively impacted her success and expertise in project management. Her advanced communication skills and being a team player have garnered a strong network of relationships within various social and business settings. Charity serves as President/Ministry Consultant of MinistryUp. Since 2016, she has provided services specializing in leadership development, crisis management, and organizational communication for faith-based ministries. Most recently, Ministry Up has planned, prepared, and executed relief efforts through coordination of donations and volunteers, including three successful deliveries of over 50K pounds of supplies to the victims of Hurricane Harvey in Houston, TX, those displaced from Puerto Rico to Ft. Lauderdale, FL by Hurricane Maria and those affected by Hurricane Michael in Panama City, FL.
