Katrina Boatright is a devoted mother, blessed with four remarkable children: Olivia (Juris Doctorate), Mark Jr. (Certified Audio Engineer), Caleb (Master’s in Public Affairs), and Milin
(Bachelor of Science, Biomedical Engineering). As a mother, mentor, and minister, she leads with grace, wisdom, and an unwavering commitment to advancing the Kingdom of God. With a Master’s in Organizational Leadership, Katrina is a dynamic, multi-faceted leader—an anointed transformational speaker, a purpose-builder, thought strategist and a Kingdom influencer. She is called to empower leaders, shatter spiritual glass ceilings, inspire believers to move from religion to relationship and equip individuals to walk boldly in their God-given
purpose.

Katrina has served as the Founder and Senior Co-Pastor of a thriving faith-based organization, leading over 1,200 people in spiritual growth and Kingdom impact. She has also served as Director of Women’s Ministry and Discipleship, CEO of KL Ministries, Founder and CEO of a Christian preschool serving 100 families, Founder of S.H.A.D.E.S. Girls Mentoring and Distinctive Daughters. In the corporate and governmental sectors, she has led as a Workforce Development Manager in healthcare across two states and as an executive leader in local
government.

A global voice for transformation, Katrina has spent over a decade traveling internationally— teaching, equipping, and imparting into audiences across Africa, Ghana, Nigeria, and the United
Kingdom. She has a unique ability to meet people where they are, drawing them into deeper faith, greater purpose, truth, and transformation. Whether speaking, mentoring, or leading, Katrina seizes every opportunity to ignite change, activate potential, and create spaces where people rise in the things of God.

Her life’s mission is clear: to equip, transform and elevate others to walk fully in their purpose, break barriers, and advance the Kingdom—one life, one leader, and one generation at a time.
