Keri is the founder of New Ground Network, and Lead Coach serving churches, denominations, and non-profit organizations. She pastors Community Christian Church in Naperville, IL and loves teaching about God’s invitation to join Christ in the redemption and restoration of all things.
As a coach, Keri co-conspires with leadership teams by catalyzing them towards seizing their unique vision and developing their team’s capacity. Her coaching has been shaped as a former marketplace executive, pastor, and senior leader at Willow Creek Community Church. She has over fifteen years experience coaching pastors and non-profit leaders. The thrill of launching more than 90 missional communities and having a front-row seat to the missional engagement of 100s of churches is exhilarating to her.
