Lisa Jernigan is an advocate, speaker, and trainer for global and local community engagement and peacemaking. As the Founder and President of Amplify Peace, Lisa leads a movement dedicated to educating, immersing, training, and launching peace makers to build united, resilient communities. Her work has taken her to refugee camps in some of the most hostile, war-torn regions, where she has sat with women, listening to their stories and advocating for their needs.
She is instrumental in developing leadership cohorts and councils within the US, empowering individuals to become effective leaders in their communities. Each week she hosts the Amplify Peace podcast that is also streamed on Faith Talk Radio. Her contributions extend to various boards globally and domestically, where she continues to influence and drive change.Â
Lisa lives in Queen Creek, AZ, with her husband, Cal. They have two grown children, their spouses, and eight grandchildren. Her life’s work and calling is dedicated to peace, unity, and wholistic impact on both a local and global scale.
