Lisa Potter is a ministry leader, writer, and mentor passionate about equipping women pastors and leaders for healthy, sustainable leadership rooted in spiritual formation. She is the author of The Collective Journey, holds an M.A. in Leadership and Ministry, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry in Spiritual Formation.
Lisa serves as an adjunct faculty member at Ascent College, where she helped develop the Women’s Collective Cohort, a certificate program designed to support women leaders in theology, communication, spiritual formation, and leadership development. She also leads a six-month Leadership Intensive for female leaders, creating learning communities and networks of encouragement for women serving in ministry, business, and church leadership.
Alongside her husband, Frank, Lisa helps steward Tableview Farm and The Leadership Collective in Virginia, a retreat and renewal space for pastors, church planters, and ministry teams nestled near the Shenandoah Mountains. Learn more at lisalpotter.com.
