She spent a decade in Costa Rica where she founded and led an international nonprofit, pioneering community-driven approaches that empowered local leaders to sustain long-term impact while lobbying for systemic change and seeing it happen .
Today, Melissa serves as Vice President of Legacy at CrossPurpose in Denver, where she designs and scales disruptive ministry models that integrate wealth-building, personal and leadership development, and spiritual foundations.
