Paula Dannielle is passionate about influencing people to love God and be reconciled to their neighbor. Paula has 25 years of experience in church leadership across various contexts, including Next Gen, leadership development, and adult discipleship. Paula holds degrees from Arizona State University and Emory University. Paula is pursuing her doctorate at Duke University, with a focus on preaching and reconciliation. Paula lives in Charlotte and is the lead pastor of Cohesion, a church plant whose mission is to create community, unify the church, and equip its people for the flourishing of the city.
Paula’s first book, Dear Sister: There’s Something Black Women Want You to Know, was released in August 2023. Paula Dannielle is the proud mother of three beautiful young adults: Chayil Destiny, Charity Joy, and Cherish Faith.
