Reward Sibanda serves as the Associate Pastor at The UPPERROOM in Dallas Texas, and is also the Senior Advisor for Church and Community Relations at World Vision. Prior to joining the Pastoral team at UR, and WV, Reward served as the Engagement Pastor and the Young Adults Pastor at both Pearl Street Church in San Antonio, and Crossroads Church in Duncanville, Texas. An engaging communicator with a unique cultural lens, Reward loves and lives to tell engaging stories centered around the Kingdom, and the redemptive power of the Imago Dei as expressed through different cultural contexts and frameworks. He also loves to facilitate candid conversations on the harder issues found at the intersection of the Kingdom and cultural engagement, and is adept at using various mediums from forums, workshops, panels to digital media.
