Rick Bolle is a retired Senior Safety Representative at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where he successfully contributed to maintaining high safety standards and ensuring operational excellence. A proud graduate of The Ohio State University, he’s leveraged his educational foundation and career expertise to make a lasting impact in both his professional and personal life.
In addition to his career achievements, Rick is deeply committed to his community and family. Currently, he is a dedicated leader for YoungLife Capernaum, and also served on the YL Capernaum National Board for six years. His work with YoungLife reflects his passion for supporting and uplifting youth with disabilities, helping them feel empowered and connected to God. As a father of two amazing boys and married to his wife, Alinda, for 32 years, he balances his professional and leadership roles with a strong commitment to family and personal values.
Beyond his roles in the workplace and with YoungLife, Rick is the founder and visionary behind Front Porch Church, an innovative spiritual community. He remains an active member of Community Christian Church, where he continues to engage in serving others and fostering personal and spiritual growth.
