Selena Freeman serves as the Church Multiplication Catalyst for the USA/Canada Region of the Church of the Nazarene. With 18 years of experience in youth ministry, she brings a deep passion for leadership development and disciple-making.
She is also the co-founding pastor of The Well Church, planted 10 years ago, which has grown from a small gathering in her home into a thriving congregation of more than 1,400 people, where she served as both Lead and Executive Pastor.
In her current role, Selena is passionate about discovering, developing, and deploying Christ-followers to make disciples, raise up leaders, and form collaborative networks that plant and multiply churches.
She considers her greatest ministry to be her family. Selena has been married to her high school sweetheart, Jon, for 30 years, and together they have three adult children, all married, and six grandchildren.
