Steven and his wife, Lucia, lead Cast Member Church, a global movement of Kingdom Expressions connected throughout the Walt Disney Company, encompassing six continents and 12 languages. They have established hubs in Orlando, Anaheim, Paris, Tokyo, Hong Kong, and Shanghai. With 35 years of pastoral ministry in his rearview mirror, Steven is recognized as a cultural futurist and Kingdom catalyst. He is also the founder of CM Thrive, a unique community that provides life and career mentoring for over a thousand current and former Disney Cast Members around the world. Additionally, Steven leads INNOVA, which empowers pastors and church leaders to expand their Kingdom influence. He is the author of two books, Kingdom Influence and A Guide to a Life Beyond Imagination, both available on Amazon. Steven splits his time between Orlando, Florida, and Paris, France.
