Sue Ferguson is a follower of Jesus, wife to Dave, mom to three great adult kids, sister, friend, mentor, and connector of people. She helped plant Community Christian Church in the Chicagoland area and has served in a number of different ministry and staff roles there. She loves to create safe, brave spaces where other can process faith and life. She is a developer of leaders, having apprenticed and mentored dozens of others to step into a variety of leadership spaces. She is especially passionate about encouraging and equipping women to step into their full calling for the sake of the Kingdom. She is currently co-director and content creator for Exponential Women NEXT. She is excited about this opportunity to equip, empower, and cheer on the next generation of women leaders!
