Thilini is a seasoned leader with over two decades of senior leadership experience in education, nonprofit, and ministry sectors. A builder, driver, and a strategist, she is passionate about equipping individuals to soar in their calling and institutions to advance in catalytic growth. Drawing from her experience in executive leadership, she currently leads the nonprofit/education & organizational health pillars at Shepherd Group, a faith-based consulting firm, helping leaders and organizations thrive and transform their spheres of influence. Utilizing her global exposure in various socio-cultural settings, Thilini has helped make strides forward in leadership, diversity, and discipleship through speaking engagements, conference workshops, teaching seminars, nonprofit Board involvement, and longstanding work as a professor in higher education.
