The workbook follows the same outline as the Dream Big, Plan Smart book, using the vision clarity process from Mancini’s latest book, God Dreams. Essentially, Exponential wants to help your team stop talking about and desiring multiplication and actually start developing a vision and strategy for it.

Vision clarity specialist Will Mancini brings his decades of experience both as a pastor and a consultant working with churches in diverse contexts to offer key questions and plenty of fresh, practical and relevant exercises to move you and your team toward multiplication.

Each chapter includes three specific areas:

Individual Reflection: questions to answer on your own to help you process ideas for deeper understanding.

Individual Assessment: exercises to prepare you for team application exercises.

Team Application: dynamic team exercises (24 flip chart templates) designed to give you new tools for facilitating team discussion and recording team insights, breakthroughs, and decisions.

But as Mancini says in his Introduction, it’s not enough to have a toolbox full of future-shaping tools. You’ll need to do something with the tools inside. Mancini shows readers how to create their own unique playbook on the journey to Level 4 multiplication, reinforcing the idea that value will only come through implementation.

While the ultimate goal with this workbook and the other “Dream Big” resources is for more churches to join the “4 to 10 mission”—to see the Church in the United States move from less than 4 percent of churches ever reproducing to a tipping point of 10 percent—Mancini believes church leaders will experience some life-changing benefits along the way, including deeper meaning, personally; inspiring more people, practically; focusing limited resources strategically; and tightening team execution, collaboratively.
