While in Florida Max married Denalyn, now his wife of more than three decades. Max and Denalyn moved to Rio de Janeiro in 1983 to help plant churches. Currently, Max is serving as a Preaching minister of Oak Hills Church in San Antonio, Texas. Max and Denalyn live in San Antonio, Texas, and have three grown daughters, two sons-in-law, and two grandchildren.

Cynthia Marshall was the Chief Diversity Officer and Senior Vice President of Human Resources at AT&T. Widely recognized for her leadership, Cynt was named one of the “50 Most Powerful Women in Corporate America” by Black Enterprise Magazine in 2015. Currently, she is the CEO of the Dallas Mavericks.
Cynt graduated from the University of California-Berkeley with degrees in business administration and human resources management. Additionally, she’s received honorary doctorates from Livingstone College and Bennett College.
The fourth of six children, Cynt grew up in Richmond, California, and now lives in the Dallas area. She and her husband, Kenneth Marshall, have three children. A self-professed sports nut and soccer mom, her favorite movie is Brian’s Song. Cynt is a colon cancer survivor whose zeal for her work is superseded only by her devotion to creating permanence and stability for children.
D.A. Horton serves as Pastor of Reach Fellowship a church plant in North Long Beach, CA and as Chief Evangelist for the Urban Youth Workers Institute (UYWI). Prior to his current roles he served as an urban church planter/pastor in Kansas City, MO, a National Coordinator of Urban Student Ministries at the North American Mission Board (NAMB) and the Executive Director at ReachLife Ministries, the non-profit ministry of Reach Records. He earned his B.S. in Biblical Studies from Calvary Bible College, his Masters Degree in Christian Studies from Calvary Theological Seminary and is currently working on his Ph.D. in Applied Theology with a North American Missions emphasis at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has authored three books; G.O.S.P.E.L., DNA: Foundations of the Faith (published through Moody Publishers) and Bound to Be Free: Escaping Performance to be Captured by Grace, (published through NavPress). He and his wife of 13 years Elicia are co-authoring a book on marriage. D.A. and Elicia have two daughters, Izabelle and Lola and one son, D.A. Jr. (aka Duce).
Dhati Lewis is the Lead Pastor of Blueprint Church in Atlanta, Georgia and the Vice President of Send Network with the North American Mission Board. He earned his Master of Arts in Cross Cultural Ministry from Dallas Theological Seminary and most recently received his Doctorate of Ministry in Great Commission Mobilization from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Dhati has seven beautiful children and is married to Angie, a discerning woman who empowers and encourages him to live fully in his identity in Christ. He is the author of both the Bible Study and book Among Wolves: Disciple Making in the City.
Kadi Cole is one of the most experienced authorities in organizational and leadership development in the church today. With a background in executive leadership at one of the largest multisite churches in America and a master’s degree in Human Resource Development, she offers practical strategies and insights that are relevant and easily applicable to present day church culture.
Kadi helps individuals and teams uncover and fulfill their God-given purpose with more effectiveness and joy through her international work as an organizational consultant, leadership trainer, and LifePlan facilitator. As one of the first female leaders to serve in an executive role at a large, multisite church, Kadi is a founding member of the Women’s Executive Pastor Network, author of Developing Female Leaders, founder of MinistryChick.com, and works with churches to create environments in which female leaders can be fully developed, thrive in their calling, and help fulfill the mission of their church.
