Jenni CatronJenni Catron is a writer, speaker, and leadership coach who consults churches and non-profits to help them lead from their extraordinary best. Her passion is to lead well and to inspire, equip and encourage others to do the same. Zarat BoydRev. Dr. Zarat Boyd serves as the President & Chief Learning Officer of MaxLife, Inc., a strategic solutions practice founded in 2003 to ignite and cultivate leaders and leadership teams’ desire for significance. She also has served in two church plants with over 23 years of experience in various volunteer and leadership roles. She and her husband, Damian, started Vertical Church in 2012, a family of believers “on mission” in the urban, collegiate community of Southwest Atlanta, Georgia. She also serves as President of Vertical City, Inc., a 501c3 community impact organization investing in the revitalization of underserved communities. Zarat & Damian celebrate 18 years of marriage and 14 years of raising a gifted child with complex medical conditions. Dr. Boyd has a Bachelors degree in International Relations from Spelman College, Masters in Leadership from Bellevue University, Masters & PhD in Human & Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University. She is an Institute for Social Innovation Fellow from Fielding Graduate University and recently received the university’s prestigious Douvan Alumni Award for her leadership development work in underserved communities. Her dissertation research examined experiences in church planting from a leadership & organizational perspective.

Deb WalkemeyerDeb Walkemeyer serves as Co-Pastor of Light & Life Christian Fellowship in Long Beach, CA – a large multi-ethnic urban church that has focused on planting churches locally and globally. She also leads the Light & Life Community Center that is assisting in transforming the neighborhood through various initiatives. As a Master Gardener she pioneered the first Community Garden in Compton, CA where she grows vegetables alongside gang members and prostitutes.

As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Deb has helped many individuals and couples in ministry. She also serves as a regional leader within her denomination. Deb holds a Doctorate in Church Leadership from Fuller Seminary and was recently recognized as one of their outstanding graduates for her years of leadership work in diverse arenas.

Ariyana Rimson was born and raised in the Chicago-land area. She attended the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2000 and received a Bachelor’s in Athletic Training. While studying at UIC she trusted in the Lord Jesus Christ as her Savior. She has worked as an Athletic Trainer for 6 years in the Chicago-land Area. She has worked with Kids Across America camps as the Assistant Women’s Director for their Servant Leadership camp in addition to teaching and coordinating various youth conferences and camps. In 2008 she began co-leading the Emerging Leaders program at Downline Ministries where she had the pleasure of teaching and shepherding many young women. She has grown in her desire for biblical training and equipping of the next generation. Ariyana enjoys teaching bible studies to ladies at Fellowship Memphis Church, Downline Ministries and in various countries. Her compassion and desire to see women live the single life to the fullest is one of her most encouraging characteristics. After several years of volunteering with Moriah House she has joined their staff as a Counselor as she walks with ladies through their recovery.

Dimetra BarriosDimetra Barrios is co-lead pastor of Legacy Brooklyn with her husband Richard. She is a Brooklyn native called to serve God in the very community she grew up in. She has studied at Liberty University for undergraduate education and Fuller Theological seminary for theological training. Most of her equipping apart from church and seminary comes from Legacy Brooklyn’s partners, Redeemer’s City to City church planting training programs and Stadia church planting network. Dimetra and her husband will be launching Legacy Brooklyn in the Spring of 2019.

Debbie JonesDebbie Jones is the Founder and Director of Bloom, Stadia church planting’s growing ministry that helps women thrive in church planting! She is a visionary leader who has decades of experience in the new church community and world. Church planting has always been a part of the DNA of the Jones family. She and her husband Tom planted churches in Centerville, OH, and Princeton, NJ. Debbie serves as an advocate for women, encouraging and developing them as leaders within their homes, churches, careers, communities, and all spheres of influence. She has trained and empowered women’s ministry leaders in churches and denominational organizations across the country. Debbie has written for Outreach Magazine and contributed to a variety of books, including Church Planting from the Ground Up, two volumes of Bloom Where You’re Planted, and Anonymous: Naming the God of Esther and the Women Who Plant Churches. Debbie is an avid tennis and pickleball player, and loves to spend time with their family, especially her four granddaughters; Cora, Celia, Emilia and Ava.
