The Mobilization Flywheel provides a fresh framework for church leaders to create a culture of Biblical mobilization. As one of the core resources for the 2019 theme Made for More, The Mobilization Flywheel introduces Exponential's newest framework to help churches pursue Level 4 Reproduction and Level 5 Multiplication. The authors reveal how a church can empower believers to become everyday missionaries where they live, work, study and play.
Central to a vision for church multiplication is a mindset that every believer can live a fully mobilized life serving in the sweet spot of their calling. Most believers can start gatherings and many of these gatherings can become new churches.
Today churches are desiring to make a greater Kingdom impact. Believers are longing to live out their Kingdom calling. Our culture is waiting for new expressions of the Church. The Mobilization Flywheel offers an approach that can move the Church forward; an approach which can create ever-increasing momentum for the multiplication of the Church.

Larry Walkemeyer serves as the Lead Pastor of Light and Life Christian Fellowship in Long Beach, CA. Starting with a handful of committed “white folks”, the church has grown into a large multi-ethnic church transforming its tough urban neighborhood. A priority on local and global church planting has led to the start of 22 churches nationally and dozens in Ethiopia, Philippines and Indonesia.
As Director of Equipping and Spiritual Engagement for Exponential, Larry seeks to influence the church of Jesus toward multiplication. Holding a doctorate in church leadership and as the author of eight books (five for Exponential), Larry speaks and consults frequently. Azusa Pacific University has recognized Larry with the Centennial Award, naming him one of the most influential graduates in its history. Larry serves on the Board of Trustees for Azusa Pacific University.
Larry and Dr. Deb Walkemeyer have been married since 1978 and they write and speak frequently on marriage. They have two adult daughters. Larry enjoys snow skiing, waterskiing, biking, mission trips and long walks on the beach.
Todd is a Kingdom entrepreneur. He spends the majority of his time starting and working with organizations committed to Kingdom impact and multiplication. Todd is a founding member of Exponential, which organizes and hosts the annual Exponential conference in Orlando and live events throughout the United States and world. Todd serves as President and CEO of Exponential, providing vision and strategic direction to the organization. Todd lives in Manassas, Virginia, with his wife, Anna. They have two sons and two beautiful daughters-in-law: Ben (married to Therese) and Chris (married to Mariah).
