In this training video, J.D. Greear talks about how you can create a culture of sending in your church. He explains that it is less of a task, and more of a culture where the Church engages and serves its surrounding community. Sending should be as natural in a church as breathing.
At the core of creating a sending culture is the Gospel. Where the Gospel transforms lives, people go out and continue to spread God’s love, serving their communities selflessly. Greear says, “The question is: have you really been impacted by the Gospel? Because the Gospel is not Jesus served us so that we can serve Him…those who believe the Gospel become like the Gospel and they burn to reach other people.”
