Empowered: Moving with The Spirit
The single command that Jesus gave his followers before igniting a movement was “Do not leave Jerusalem, but wait for the gift my Father promised…” He was telling them to wait for and then move with the Spirit. In 2022, we’ll discover a growing awareness of the Spirit’s work and leadership while also realizing that we will always be more effective if we move with the Holy Spirit.

Innovation in Ministry: Reach and Equip More People for Christ – Hosted by He Gets Us & Gloo
Leveraging platform principles to help churches do the FIVE things they must do to thrive!
Thriving churches must:
- Attract people–make people in the community aware that you exist
- Get people in the door to an event or service for the first time
- Keep people–consistently engage congregants to close the back door
- Grow disciples
- Multiply leaders
Over the past 10+ years Gloo has been helping churches discover how well architected platforms can help them do these FIVE things better than ever. This seminar introduces you to the basics of becoming a platform architect, a data informed ministry leader, and how to participate in campaigns like He Gets Us to reach people in your city. You don’t want to miss this conversation.
Speakers:
Eric Swanson, Faith Ecosystem Developer at Gloo
Matt Smay, Director of Strategic Partnerships at Gloo
Digital Discipleship: Equipping Families, Resourcing Groups & Developing Leaders – Hosted by RightNow Media
As a pastor, do you feel overwhelmed because you only have so much time to help those in your church? Or do you feel like you’re losing your people to the culture and want to find ways to help each person individually with resources that meet them where they are in their faith? In today’s world, the church has a limited amount of time to (hopefully) make a life-changing impact to each person on Sunday—but what if there was an option to find more time to do the ministry you were called to AND provide personalized resources for every person in your congregation to help equip and disciple them beyond Sunday?
We want to show you how you can use digital discipleship tools to equip families, resource small groups, and develop leaders and volunteers. Join us for this Equipping Lab to see digital discipleship in action and get your questions answered about how to equip everyone in your church every day of the week.
Speaker:
Kenneth Payton, Senior Consultant at RightNow Media
