Big Idea and Overview

Our mission is to ensure every girl understands her extraordinary value, voice, and valor. Through peer mentorship, we inspire and equip girls to flourish and expand their leadership capabilities. Since our inception, we’ve been honored to witness the impact of mentorship and discipleship, guiding girls along the transformative path towards embracing their God-given potential and becoming the remarkable young woman they were created to be.

Customer / Mission Field Context

We primarily support at-risk girls but extend our outreach to girls from all backgrounds. Serving in underserved communities like public schools, community centers, and behavioral health facilities, we strive to reflect Jesus’ love by offering guidance, mentorship, and resources to help them find purpose and thrive.

Goals and Desired Outcomes

  1. Be a Bridge to Christ: We meet girls where they are, reflecting Christ’s love and instilling hope and purpose in their lives.
  2. Self-Confidence: We empower girls to recognize their God-given value, building self-confidence and resilience to face life’s challenges.
  3. Leadership Development: We develop compassionate, integrity-driven leaders. Many girls become mentors, embodying the values they’ve learned.
  4. Positive Relationships:  Our programs foster supportive networks, offering girls a sense of belonging, encouragement, and mentorship rooted in Christian discipleship.

Results and
Impact

  1. Expanded Reach: This past school year, we grew to 15 locations, reaching more girls and communities with our support.
  2. Major Events: We host big events, serving over 350 girls and providing opportunities for personal and spiritual growth, as well as connecting them to a church community.
  3. Mentor Training: Many girls enrolled in our mentor training program, eager to give back and expand our impact.
  4. Church Engagement: Our partnership with Northwest Church increased “Crossover” girls’ connections to the church. We’re seeking more church partnerships to further extend our reach and connect more girls with a church family.
