Exponential is a growing community of leaders committed to accelerating the multiplication of healthy, reproducing faith communities. We equip movement makers with actionable principles, ideas and solutions. We are passionate about accelerating multiplication through movement makers! One of the ways we help equip movement makers is through our live Exponential Conferences.
Exponential loves to have local volunteers to assist with their conferences. Volunteering at Exponential provides a complimentary registration, t-shirt, lunch daily, and allows volunteers to experience most of the programming as well. Plus, we have a blast!

We have opportunities for every personality type. Love interacting with people? Be a part of our registration team, greet team or directional team! Prefer to be a bit more under the radar? Join our general set up, room management or room count team! Do Crossfit? Join the heavy lifting part of our facilities team! See, we have something for everyone!
Facilities Team (includes set up, room counts/management, tear down, etc.)
-Heavy Lifting: moving tables, chairs, boxes, etc.
-General Set Up: preparing lanyards, hanging room signs, etc.
-Room Management: delivering room supplies and checking room set up each day
-Room Counts: counting attendees in each room every session
Registration Team (checking people in)
Snack & Water Team (keeping snack and water table supplied)
Directional Team (helping people find their way)

Monday, November 18: 2:00pm – 8:00pm
Tuesday, November 19: 7:00am – 6:00pm
Wednesday, November 20: 7:00am – 6:00pm
Thursday, November 21: 7:00am – 2:00pm
Each morning, the volunteers gather to hear the details of the day and get assigned to a team. Your team might change throughout the week depending on the needs of the day. We then gather at the end of the day to celebrate all the things God did that day!
