Empowered: Moving with The Spirit
The single command that Jesus gave his followers before igniting a movement was “Do not leave Jerusalem, but wait for the gift my Father promised…” He was telling them to wait for and then move with the Spirit. In 2022, we’ll discover a growing awareness of the Spirit’s work and leadership while also realizing that we will always be more effective if we move with the Holy Spirit.

Léonce Crump
Léonce Crump
Pastor Léonce B. Crump Jr. is an author, international speaker, and co-founder—along with his wife Breanna—of Renovation Church in Atlanta. Originally from Louisiana and raised Catholic, Léonce began following Jesus at age 16. Before committing his life to pastoral ministry, and civil rights activism, Léonce was a collegiate All American in wrestling, nearly made the World Team in wrestling, and a professional football player. The former professional athlete has strong transcultural appeal and connections in the world of professional sports and hip-hop music, as well as church planting and leadership circles. He has been in ordained ministry for nearly20 years, and holds multiple graduate degrees.
In 2008, Pastor Léonce answered God’s call to relocate from Tennessee to Atlanta and begin the process of planting Renovation Church. He details the obstacles he and his family faced and the revelations he uncovered during this process in Renovate: Changing Who You Are by Loving Where You Are. A champion for the Church’s participation in focused and intentional cultural renewal, Pastor Léonce is the leading voice of a generation committed to operating as God’s redemptive agents in the earth.
A prodigious reader and engaging speaker, Pastor Léonce regularly speaks and preaches across the country at conferences and churches of all denominations. Devin Turner
Devin Turner
Traveling the country while speaking and performing in front of thousands, Devin Turner is a pastor and hip-hop artist who is making major headway. His latest album, Luminary, debuted at #122 on the top 200 hip-hop/rap albums on iTunes. He has also shared the stage with Billboard Chart topping artists as well as Grammy, Dove and Stellar Award winners including Lecrae, Fred Hammond, Flame, Da' T.R.U.T.H. and Trip Lee just to name a few. Although he has a passion for Christ and a talent for sharing his faith in creative ways through his music, Devin hasn't always been the Christ-centered speaker and lyricist that he is today.
From early elementary through middle school, he had all kinds of struggles of insecurity and depression. So much so that twice in his pre-teenage years he attempted suicide. By God's grace, he wasn't successful.
As a freshman in high school, Devin was confronted with obstacles that many teenagers face which caused him to question God's existence. As a result, he began affiliations with known drug dealers in his school. Tupac Shakur and his big brother were the two people he looked up to the most. But, when Tupac was murdered and his big brother got into serious trouble with the police, it didn't take long for Devin to realize that the results of living a life outside of the will of God were not the answer.
Soon after, Devin started reading the Bible consistently and making Christ-centered music. He also led a daily Bible study in his high school during his junior and senior year. After graduating high school, he attended Bowie State University (BSU), where he led a Bible study as a leader of Campus Crusade for Christ's Impact Movement. Once he graduated from BSU, Devin was hired as a Youth Minister and was later ordained as a youth pastor at Zion Church in Largo, Maryland.
Now as Lead Pastor of Revolution Church in Washington, DC and CEO of Disciples Thru Media, Devin has found a way to make a difference in this world. Every week he ministers to hundreds of people through his messages and music, giving them the assurance that hope and purpose can only be found in a relationship with Jesus Christ. Devin and his wife Lenneil Turner reside in Washington, DC with their two sons, Justus and Jairus.

Phygital: Re-Thinking Physical & Digital Church for Greatest Impact
In this Post-COVID world, how does an established church do physical and digital? While most churches look at physical and digital as competition, where they fight over the attenders, what does it look like if they complement each other? Here in Let’s Get Phygital we’ll start to unpack some of the Phygital Strategies that can be utilized at your church to help your church reach it’s mission and vision.
The Multiplication Equipping Lab will unpack the “5 Levels of Multiplication” to help you:
• Understand the context of your current situation
• Identify a path toward reproduction/multiplication
• And give you practical guidance on what to expect on the journey.
We’ll explore the “3 Dimensions of Multiplication”: Disciple making, Mobilization, and Capacity. And we’ll have veteran leaders break down each of those dimensions for practical insights from their experience.

What Leaders Are Saying

I love what Exponential is doing to focus on multiplication, specifically the mission to see the percentage of U.S. churches that ever reproduce increase to greater than 10%. That’s a mission worth giving our lives to.

Executive Director of the Billy Graham Center for Evangelism at Wheaton
