Young Multipliers Gathering

The Young Multipliers Gathering brings together faith-filled leaders ages 18-25 who are active disciple makers. The next generation of church leaders, entrepreneurs, pioneers, and apostolic-minded influencers with both ambition and a deeply rooted relationship with Jesus.

This 3-day, intimate gathering is designed to form, inspire, equip, and challenge young leaders around calling, disciple making, church planting, diverse expressions of the Church, leadership development, health, Kingdom movement, and multiplication. The purpose is not merely inspiration, but exposure and activation through relationships—helping participants envision what a life of multiplication can look like in their unique context while establishing rooted kingdom relationships.

This is not a typical retreat or young adult event. Participants will engage directly with seasoned leaders who will invite them into deep, impactful, and thought-provoking conversations. Together, they will wrestle with how to maximize their influence, leadership, and calling through multiplication in a healthy way—spiritually, relationally, and missionally.

Orlando International Airport (MCO) – approximately 30 minutes from Evermore Resort

Please schedule flights that would allow you to arrive at Evermore Resort by 4 p.m. EST on Tuesday, July 14.

Please schedule flights to depart after 1 p.m. EST on Thursday, July 16.

You are on your own for transportation to and from the airport and resort. Orlando offers a wide variety of options including Uber (which is our recommended option). *If you plan to rent a car please let us know so we can inform the resort.

At Evermore Resort you will be staying in an 11 bedroom house (1 for the girls and 1 for the boys). These homes are fully stocked with linens, just like a hotel.

Packing should include summer outfits (Florida in the summer is hot!), swimsuit, sunscreen, toiletries, personal medication, Bible, journal, pen, and any other items that would make your stay/experience a comfortable one.

As a reminder, lodging, meals, and activities for the entirety of the Young Multipliers Gathering will be covered by Exponential. Attendees are responsible for travel to the event (flight and transportation to and from Evermore). Attendees will receive their housing information/location at check in.
