Big Idea and Overview

We exist to train and equip students to be Disciple Makers through as many avenues as possible through: Disciple Making Trips, Zero Hour Camps, Disciple Making Training Huddles, Monthly Equipping Gatherings for Student Leaders, and Ongoing Coaches for every Club. Zero Hour started in 2020 in the midst of a pandemic with a vision to see students trained and equipped to be the Disciple Makers in their high schools. It started with a trip to the smoky mountains in the summer of 2021 with 12 students that we trained in simple reproducible ways of Disciple Making to launch them back into their high schools alongside adult coaches we call Spiritual Sherpas to help the students play their part in The Great Commission. We try to make sure that within every training we maintain a ratio of 3-4 students to one adult leader and coach so that we are multiplying student leaders as well as adult leaders. Today, we now have 11 teams of Disciple Makers at different high schools around Kansas City (with a vision to be on 88 high school campuses within a 30 mile radius of KC) and students are actively multiplying their lives and sharing the hope of The Gospel to others around them.

Customer / Mission Field Context

We have been called primarily to High School Students within the Kansas City area with a long term vision to see similar multiplication at the Collegiate level as well.
