This cohort is specifically designed for leaders of leaders that have little desire to maintain the status quo. They long for a disciple-making and church multiplying movement.

The trusted guide for this cohort will be Larry Walkemeyer, who has significant experience in multiplication on a local, regional, and now national level. He will share stories, struggles, and best practices for leading an organization toward a kingdom multiplication movement.

The Multipliers Learning Communities were created to help forward-thinking leaders engage in peer-to-peer learning about the future of the church. Exponential’s Multipliers Learning Communities has served hundreds of diverse Kingdom leaders over the last decade guiding them to the critical paradigm shifts to embrace multiplication principles and practices including:

The Learning Community journey consists of three separate in-person gatherings in three different cities over a 7-month period (from Fall 2025 to Spring 2026). The journey combines the relational, experiential and informational components required for transformation.
