At Exponential NEXT, we are positioning ourselves to help the church dream and execute innovative practices that increase church multiplication and healthy growth.
When healthy churches grow, disciples are multiplied and missionaries are deployed. We believe that Church NEXT is a healthy resource designed to inspire the church to innovate for the sake of the Kingdom of God.
The change won’t stop. It will only accelerate. And through it all, faithful leaders will keep asking: What does Jesus want? How can we follow him today? And what will make the biggest impact in the future?
From Jesus forward to today, the focus of the church has always been disciple making.
Leaders producing leaders. Multiplying the impact of the church through servanthood.
Generate healthy growth, create a healthy culture, and implement sound management practices.
God is on the move. He put his treasure within us so that His power is put on display and not ours.
What does the future of church growth look like? How will we reach those who are rejecting religion? How will we continue to make disciples who make disciples in an ever changing culture that is becoming more hostile towards Christianity? Join us for the Future of Multiplication video series as we explore what the solutions may be regarding the future of the church!

Most leaders make the mistake of leading with vehicle rather than vision. It’s like someone asking you where you are going on vacation and you answering Toyota. It makes no sense. Toyota may be how you get there but it doesn’t inspire anyone to take the journey with you. That’s the way most people feel when we ask them to join our Small Group, Bible Study or Missional Community. It should be no surprise then when we find that people don’t want to or don’t have time to join our Small Group. They already have a BMW parked outside. What people really need is a vision vivid enough to get into our vehicle to journey toward. In this video, Dave and Shane help “would be” leaders create a vivid vision that they can cast based on the value that they demonstrate in the lives of people they hope to influence and impact.
