For Exponential Orlando in March 2025 — Before August 1, 2024, a refund of the ticket registration fee is eligible minus a $50 per person cancellation fee. From August 1 through December 31, 2024, a refund of the ticket registration fee is eligible minus a $100 per person cancellation fee. Tickets are non-refundable after January 1, 2025, but may be transferred to another person without penalty. If the conference must be canceled for circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disaster, fire, terrorism, war, infectious disease, government travel restrictions, etc.), registrations are non-refundable. Much like when traveling on vacation or overseas, we recommend consideration of travel insurance to safeguard against loss.

Exponential reserves the right to cancel an event due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, damage to host facilities, terrorism, contagious health concerns, government (national, state, regional, and local) travel restrictions, or public gathering restrictions. Under such circumstances, registrations and sponsorships are non-refundable (except as allowed under our Exponential Orlando Global Conference Refund Policy on ticket registration timeline). We recommend consideration of travel or exhibitor event cancellation insurance to safeguard against loss.
By signing the Sponsorship Registration Form, the Sponsor agrees to pay the Sponsorship Fees as detailed on the Sponsorship Registration Form (“Sponsorship Fees”). The sponsor recognizes that sponsorships are critical to keeping the cost of this conference affordable to church planters, church leaders, church planting networks, and denominational leadership. The sponsor understands that the conference will be planned based on the sponsorship and funding commitments received and that a significant negative impact could occur without our partnership and participation. As a result, the Sponsorship Fees are non-refundable, and the commitment of funds cannot be canceled.

Space is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Decisions are made based on participant commitment. Thus, full payment is still due when a participant cancels. Registration fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person without penalty. In the unlikely event your cohort does not make it and is canceled before the first gathering, your deposit will be refunded.
